CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
Responsibilities include answering the phone, customer support throughout repair process, light secretarial duties. A friendly, outgoing personality is a must.
Responsibilities include vehicle damage estimating and management system data input for a high volume/multiple DRP shop. We’re looking for an experienced and quality-minded person.
Responsibilities include customer support throughout the repair process, file management, data entry and accounting support. Previous customer service experience and strong computer skills are a must.
Responsibilities include cleaning vehicles after repair and shop cleaning duties. We’re willing to train someone with professional cleaning experience. Applicants must also have a good driving record.
