Let us write you an online estimate so you don’t have to be inconvenienced by making a special trip to the body shop. You just upload pictures of the damage and some other basic information about your vehicle and we will email back a free preliminary estimate by the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). We want you to spend your time on what really matters.

We provide complimentary pickup and delivery of your vehicle or towing if you need it to get your claim on the fast track. We will pick up your vehicle from a tow yard or even your home or office. If your insurance doesn’t cover towing and we do the repairs, we’ll take care of the cost.

Being in an accident and without your car can be taxing to your schedule. Let us arrange for a rental car to be ready and waiting for you onsite at Wood’s Collision when you drop off your vehicle for repairs. Then, when the repairs are complete and your vehicle is ready for pickup, you just return the rental car right to our office. And if you need it, we can also arrange to have that rental car delivered to your home or office instead. You’ll be able to drive to work and run errands—just like you do every day. We’ll take care of everything.

We have a great working relationship with all major insurance companies. They know us and we know them. We can send the estimate and pictures of your damaged vehicle directly to your insurance adjuster electronically to save you the hassle and get insurance approval before we start the repairs. You’ll get the best results if your vehicle is at our facilities quickly after the accident so we can discuss the damage directly with your adjuster to make sure they don’t miss anything. We will work side-by-side with them to get your claim moving and make your experience hassle-free.

Deductible assistance can be arranged by discussing your needs with your customer service advisor at the beginning of your claim. We have several options available, including 6-month interest-free financing through Synchrony Car Care. Additionally, we may be able to credit you with an appearance allowance from insurance if you agree not to repair a lightly damaged part on your vehicle, such as a scuffed wheel or molding. Just ask what options are best for your claim and circumstances.

We know the progress of your vehicle is very important to you, so we give frequent repair status updates throughout the process by text, email or phone, whatever works for you. When your repairs are nearly complete, we’ll contact you to schedule a convenient time for you to pick up your vehicle or to arrange delivery directly to you.
